2019 International Arbitration Survey

Queen Mary University of London is partnering with Pinsent Masons for the 2019 international arbitration survey. The survey focuses on efficiency in international construction disputes, including the role of pre-arbitral dispute resolution procedures.  This is the School’s 9th major empirical survey undertaken.

The 2019 survey focuses on efficiency, in international arbitrations in the construction sector. The 2019 Survey aims to identify the causes of inefficiency in resolving international construction disputes, suggest practical steps forward, and challenge perceptions. We have developed the survey with feedback from an esteemed focus group.

The Society of Construction Law North America was founded in 2017 and is established to promote education, study, and research (and publication of the useful results of such research) and its dissemination in the field of construction law and related subjects in the United States, Canada, South America and Overseas.

The Society is currently recruiting members from all sectors of the construction industry within the United States and Canada. It is run by a Council of 11 elected members.
