This month SoCLA joined with SCL North America to co-host a twitter panel: 'Ethical Issues in International Arbitration: Regional Perspectives.' The panel touched upon topics such as the use of social media by counsel and arbitrators, and problems caused by the lack of a universally adopted code regulating ethics in international arbitration. If you missed the panel you can still follow the discussion that took place using #SCLethics.
