The Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) delivery model is common for large-scale and complex public and private infrastructure projects. However, given the size of these projects, the terms and conditions, and compensation models of typical EPC contracts, the model includes many risk allocation disputes. These risks can invite an adversarial approach to the contractual relationship, increasing transaction costs, and lengthy and costly dispute resolution. If this is known, these costs may be built into the pricing at the risk of an EPC not being successful in winning the work.
Join us as we discuss the EPC construction delivery model On Wednesday February 24 at noon MST. The event will take approximately 1 hour which includes the panel discussion (Jason Roth Partner and Head of Capital Projects Industry team, Bennett Jones and Ethan Sinclair Legal Counsel with Pomerleau) for time afterwards for questions from attendees. The event will be broadcast on Teams and the log in information will be sent out 3 hours before the event.
We hope you can join us.
