Justin focuses on U.S. and international construction disputes, with a particular focus on energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, and industrial facility projects. Justin has experience handling all construction-related claims and disputes, ranging from complex delay claims, change order disputes, defective construction claims, mechanic’s lien claims, bonding disputes, and differing site condition claims, among many others. In addition, Justin advises clients during all project phases, including contract negotiation and planning, procurement, project execution, and change order management. Justin has represented clients in relation to the construction of coal and gas-fired power plants, renewable energy projects (wind and solar), oil refineries, industrial manufacturing facilities, LNG projects, mass transit, airports, rail, and luxury commercial and residential developments. In addition to his construction practice, Justin regularly represents clients in complex commercial litigation and international arbitration disputes involving breach of contract, UCC claims, fraud and business tort claims. Justin also has significant experience representing entities in the energy industry - including mid-stream entities, natural gas exploration companies, and coal burning facilities - in a variety of lawsuits arising from their operations. |
